An American professional dancer and teacher, David Leventhal is one of the founding teachers of the Dance for PD method for patients suffering from Parkinson's disease.
This method is internationally recognised and David Leventhal has received numerous awards for his work. On 22 September, he will be giving a talk on the links between dance and Parkinson's disease and leading a dance workshop - in English - showcasing the Dance for PD method.
He will also be present on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September to lead a professional development workshop, alongside Maïte Guérin (Kinesiphilia). Please note that this course is specifically aimed at teachers who have completed at least the Introduction to Dance and Parkinson's Disease course.
