New year, new theme: All Unique, all Dancers
Our Dance & Health Annual Symposium - From Cancer to Dancer brought the year to a successful close, highlighting the benefits of dance for people with cancer. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this wonderful initiative!
Projects focusing on the benefits of dance in the fight against cancer are continuing, with the Dance in Cancer Care training course in November and dance workshops in the Province of Liège, funded by the Grants Relais pour la vie of the Fondation contre le Cancer.
For 2024-2025, we're tackling a powerful new theme: ‘All Unique, all Dancers’, which opens up new horizons for us to explore together all the possibilities for everyone to dance.

On Sunday, October 6, take part in a choice of two introductory workshops in Oriental dance and classical ballet. Open to all levels.
The Oriental dance workshop will immerse you into the graceful world of this age-old dance.
The ballet workshop will introduce you to basic techniques and improve your posture.
Alzheimer's League Conference
"Alzheimer's Disease and Physical Activity: Dance as a Means of Communication."
Laura Dethier, director of the "Quand on Danse" program, will present the benefits of this practice for everyone, and more specifically for people with Alzheimer's disease, on Wednesday, November 13 2024, at the Mosa Ballet School in Liège.
Dance in Cancer CareFrom 15 to 17 November, Emily Jenkins will give an introductory training to learn more about the benefits of dance for cancer prevention and rehabilitation. Further informationhere. |
